These Terms govern your use of the Zyenta LLC(“Zyenta”) website and free audit. By using the site or requesting an audit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

The website lets you request a free conversion audit of your store. The audit is delivered by email as a written report; any implementation services are agreed separately in writing. Features, pricing, and availability described on the site may change.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The free audit is intended for business use by store operators and their representatives.

No guarantee of outcomes or pricing

The audit contains estimates and recommendations, not guarantees of any revenue or conversion outcome. We aim to deliver within the window stated on the site. Founding-cohort offers (such as the free audit and founding pricing) are limited, subject to availability, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time before they are confirmed in a separate written agreement.

By requesting an audit you consent to receive your audit and related emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including submitting false information, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or using automated means to abuse the signup form.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the Zyenta name and branding are owned by Zyenta LLC and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms; we will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
