Prospecting
Run a prospect's store before the first call and send a full audit under your agency's name. The conversation starts from evidence on their own store, not from a pitch deck.
While trials are set up by hand, you send us the store and we send back the branded PDF. The self-serve dashboard is rolling out.

An embeddable free audit widget for your website. A visitor enters their store URL and email, gets a report in your brand, and the lead lands with you. Coming to the Growth plan.
Re-audit retainer clients every month and put a fresh branded report in front of them. It becomes part of what you deliver, not a one-off pitch.
Fernhollow Growth is a fictional agency. The store is real and anonymized. Annotated screenshots are left out of this sample because they would identify the store; a normal audit includes them.
#7 · Mobile LCP of 48s makes homepage unusableSEVERITY 5/5$194 to $648 / moWhat we sawMobile LCP on the homepage is measured at 48.5 seconds, mobile performance score is 0.32, total JS payload is 3.78MB, and total page weight is 9.15MB, all far past acceptable thresholds.
Why it mattersA near 49-second largest contentful paint means most mobile visitors see a blank or partially rendered page and abandon before the hero, offer, or CTA ever paints, making every other above-the-fold consideration moot for a large share of traffic.
The fixAudit and defer or remove unused third-party scripts (review widget, analytics, duplicate tag manager), compress hero imagery, enable lazy-loading below the fold, and set a JS budget under 1MB to bring LCP under 3 seconds on mobile.

Every finding cites its evidence. Every estimate is a range with its assumptions printed next to it. If a prospect's store is already tight, the audit says so. Your clients can trust what you send them.
White-label by default. Our name appears nowhere in the report unless you turn on an optional "Powered by" line. The methodology page stays in, and it does not name us either. Your prospect sees your agency.
Your agency's name, logo and colors, your contact line and website, and a PDF filename with your name on it. Custom report domains and sending from your own email domain are rolling out on the Scale plan.
It is built and tested on Shopify. Other storefronts work when their pages are public, though some checks will not be relevant to them.
An audit runs in minutes. While trials are set up by hand, we run your audits for you, so allow for that until the self-serve dashboard ships.
We will not promise they cannot. What they see is evidence from their own store: every finding cites a screenshot, a measurement or text captured from their pages, and nothing in the report names us. Read it before you send it, as you would any deliverable.
It captures the store's key pages on desktop and mobile, runs 39 deterministic conversion checks, measures Core Web Vitals, and adds AI-assisted analysis of first impressions, trust and copy. Findings are ranked by expected revenue impact, weighted by confidence and effort to fix, and every dollar figure is a range with its assumptions printed next to it. The report's methodology page explains this to your prospect.
Audits read public pages only, so there is no store login to share. Evidence bundles, the screenshots and page captures behind the findings, are deleted from our servers after 4 days. The findings themselves are kept.

Enter your store address and email. We run 39 conversion checks on your home page, a product page and your cart, show you the top three issues here, and email you the same three. The full audit, with annotated screenshots, prioritized fixes and revenue ranges, is delivered by the ecommerce agencies that use Zyenta.
