Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Zyenta LLC(“Zyenta”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you request a free audit or visit our website. We are the data controller for this processing.
Information we collect
- Information you give us:your email address, your store URL, your ecommerce platform, and (optionally) a monthly revenue band when you request a free audit, plus the signup source (e.g. “landing”).
- Information collected automatically: a referral code from the link that brought you here (e.g.
?ref=), stored with your audit request so we know which outreach it came from; and your IP address, processed transiently to rate-limit and protect the signup endpoint. It is held only briefly in memory and is not stored alongside your email. - Analytics:if you accept analytics cookies, we use PostHog to understand how the site is used. Nothing is captured if you choose “necessary only”.
- Cookies: see our Cookie Policy.
How we use your information
- To prepare and deliver your free conversion audit.
- To send you your audit and related emails, with your consent.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website.
Legal bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)
- Consent:for sending you launch and marketing emails. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests:for operating and securing the site (e.g. preventing abuse of the signup form).
Service providers
We share data only with providers that process it on our behalf under contract:
- Supabase:database hosting (stores your audit request).
- Resend:email delivery (sends your emails).
- Cloudflare:website hosting, content delivery, and email routing.
- PostHog:website analytics, only with your cookie consent.
We do not sell your personal data. Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries; where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
We keep your details while your audit request is active. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we will remove it promptly, except where we must retain limited records to comply with legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. To exercise any right, contact us at contact@zyenta.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, strict database access controls, and row-level security so the email list cannot be read with public keys.
